This page is maintained by Juste to explain what personal data we handle and the choices you have. It is a template draft and will be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
1. Data we collect
Account details (name, email), order and shipping information, your Profil Juste answers, and basic device/usage data needed to run the site. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
2. How we use your data
To deliver your orders, send your personalized routine, provide customer care, and improve our products. We only send marketing emails when you ask us to, and you can opt out at any time.
3. Sharing and subprocessors
We work with a small number of trusted providers (payments, shipping, email, analytics). We never sell your personal data. A current list of subprocessors will be published here before launch.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep the site working and optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. See our Cookies page for details and to manage your preferences.
5. Retention
We keep order data for as long as required by Spanish/EU accounting law, and account data while your account is active. Diagnostic answers are kept with your account so we can refine your routine.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hola@juste.es. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish AEPD.
