This page is maintained by Juste and describes the basic rules of using juste.es. It is a template draft and will be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
1. Who we are
juste.es is operated by Juste, based in Madrid, Spain. Full registration and VAT details will be added before launch.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. We describe our products honestly and reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or stock errors before an order is shipped.
3. Shipping and returns
We ship across Spain and the EU. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened products in line with Directive 2011/83/EU. Details will be completed here before launch.
4. Diagnostic and product use
The Profil Juste diagnostic is a personalized recommendation, not medical advice. Always patch-test new products and consult a dermatologist for medical concerns.
5. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account details secure. You can close your account at any time by writing to hola@juste.es.
6. Liability and law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing here limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory EU or local law.
